How to log in at View Royal
There is no separate login page for Great Canadian Casino View Royal itself. We run everything through the centralized Great Canadian Rewards Member Portal at gcrewards.com/login. One portal for every property in the network, one set of details to remember - the system was designed this way and, over time, we have seen it really does keep things simpler.
Your login is based on two pieces of information. First is your Member Account Number, which you will find on the front of your physical Great Canadian Rewards card. Second is your four-digit Rewards PIN. Nothing else is required. No username to create, no email address as a login name, no external account involved.
If you are signing in through a browser for the first time, the process usually looks like this:
- Open any browser and go to gcrewards.com/login.
- Type in your Member Account Number.
- Enter your four-digit Rewards PIN.
- Submit your details and wait for a six-digit verification code to arrive at your registered mobile number or email.
- Enter that six-digit code on the verification screen.
- Your Member Portal dashboard will open.
That extra six-digit step runs on your first visit and from time to time later, when the system needs to confirm it is really you. Once you have logged in a few times from the same device, sign-in is usually quicker. The verification prompt does not always appear again once a stable session pattern is in place.
Using the GC Rewards app instead
If you prefer using your phone rather than a laptop or desktop, we also support access through the GC Rewards app. It is available on both the App Store and Google Play. Just search for GC Rewards and look for the version published by Great Canadian Entertainment. Installation is quick and works like any other standard app.
One detail often misunderstood: the Apple ID or Google account you use to download the app is completely separate from your casino rewards login. There is no link between them. When you open the app, the only login details that matter are your Member Account Number and your Rewards PIN.
First-time login through the app usually goes like this:
- Install the GC Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open it and enter your Member Account Number.
- Add your four-digit Rewards PIN.
- Tap to confirm and wait for the six-digit verification code we send.
- Input that code so we can validate your account.
- Your rewards dashboard will appear with your current point balance and available offers.
After this first sign-in, the app behaves much like other loyalty or membership apps. It is quicker to open, easier to check in a break, and in practice many guests rely on it while they are on the move.

Forgotten details are part of everyday life, and we have designed the login page at gcrewards.com/login with that in mind. You have two self-service recovery options available directly from the page, so you do not have to reach out to support as a first step.

Both of these flows depend on the mobile number or email address you originally registered with us. They must still be active and in your hands. If those contact details changed since you signed up, the system will not complete recovery properly. In that case, sending a message to [email protected] is usually the faster, more reliable way to restore access. Our support team can work through the situation when the automated steps no longer match your current contact information.
A general reminder that we repeat often, because experience shows it helps: keep your contact details current in your profile while everything is still working normally. It feels unnecessary until the moment you really need a code or a reset link and cannot receive it.
